Brownstone provides a hot lunch for all children attending the morning session.

Brownstone has a nut awareness policy. No food is prepared with nuts or nut products.

Parents take turns providing snacks for their child's class.

The current month's menu is available as a pdf file for your convenience.

     All preschoolers who attend the morning programs receive a hot lunch, served from 12:00 -12:30 PM. Parents in both the morning and afternoon programs provide snacks on a sign-up/rotation basis. We encourage parents to bring in healthy food items. Brownstone has adopted a policy of "nut-awareness" and we ask parents to adhere to our policy

     Children with food allergies are required to bring their own meals.

The Brownstone School is licensed by the New York City Department of Health and is a member of the Independent Schools Admissions Association of Greater New York (ISAAGNY), the Educational Records Bureau (ERB) and the Parents League of New York.
